L.E.A.D. with Intent

Dr. Denise Simpson, expert in personal development and leadership, has developed this exclusive, one of a kind leadership course for the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce's Latina Leadership Institute program. 

"L.E.A.D. with Intent: A Self-Mastery Course For The Conscientious Leader" is a curriculum designed for all levels of leadership, from the novice to the executive. This program provides the individual with an introspective look at maximizing leadership effectiveness by leveraging individual skills and harnessing new strategies to become a conscientious leader. The student will gain transferable skills and knowledge to apply to all facets of leadership, from the boardroom to community and beyond. The student will ultimately use learned skills to lead conscientiously.

This course is for you if:

✅You are ready to get clarity on your personal LEADERSHIP STYLE and how your stakeholders actually think of your leadership style.

✅You are ready to create your leadership vision and have strategies on EXECUTING it in your workplace, communities, and families.

✅You are ready to build ACCOUNTABILITY systems and measures for continuous reassessment of your leadership skills and abilities.

✅You are ready to learn how to stay DETERMINED by leveraging failures and building resiliency when your leadership wavers.

What You Will Receive

This is a self-paced, independent study course. The student will have four interactive leadership modules.  Each module is designed for the adult learner and includes a variety of instructional modalities.

• Students will receive theoretical frameworks with applicable strategies to reinforce learning.
• Students will complete qualitative assessments before moving to the subsequent modules. 
• Students will interact in a private Facebook group facilitated by Dr. Simpson.
• Students will have direct access to Dr. Simpson during scheduled office hours.
