You will have access to the live coaching and lesson materials for 30 days after you sign up. Once your 30 days are up, you'll have the opportunity to enroll in Luminary coaching and virtual retreats. 

Once the 30-day membership is over, you will no longer have access to the site or content, unless you join by extending your membership. Members have ongoing access to the site, plus exclusive coaching support, live and virtual retreats for Luminary and Legacy members, so that you can take these tools and apply them on a deeper level.

During the 30-day membership, you have the option to extend your membership.

This membership is for ambitious women who are committed to transforming their lives from the inside out. They are dedicated to learning the self-coaching tools and applying them in their lives. They are on a path to self-mastery and are focused on reaching their next level of success.

In order to join the membership, you must opt-in before you finish the 30-day membership. Otherwise, you will be charged a reinstatement fee of $197.

You will be charged for the extension of your membership the day you sign up, regardless of when you purchased the 30-day membership. Once you've signed up for the membership your card will be charged on the same day each month a long as your membership is current. For example, if you signed up on June 17th your card will be charged on the 17th of every month until you cancel.

These are distinctions to show the commitment of a member by tenure. 

Luminary members have committed 3 months to learning the tools and deepening their work on their path to mastery.

Legacy members have committed 6 months to learning the tools, and have shown discipline in their learning and their path to mastery.

Each distinction receives unique and exclusive benefits like virtual and live strategy sessions, separate coaching calls, and one-to-one coaching opportunities with Dr. Denise. 

Go to your Settings tab in your Member account:

• Click on their Avatar in the top right of the page.
• Select Settings from the dropdown
• Click Billing Info in the top right of the page.
• Hit the Cancel button

IMPORTANT: PayPal subscriptions must be canceled via your PayPal dashboard.

As the info page and order form state, there are no refunds for the Next Level Progress membership, and here's why:

We are 100% committed to your success. As soon as you commit to challenging your beliefs and current reality, your brain will begin to look for every excuse or objection to back out. Your brain likes status quo, and the second it feels discomfort, it goes into a state of overwhelm. 

Not offering refunds is a way of helping you commit to yourself and your growth. 

Dr. Denise designed this program to support and guide you to your next level of success. It will transform your life, if you do the work. 

If you sign up for the Next Level Progress membership you can cancel it any time, but the months you completed in the membership are not refundable.

Yes, you are learning in real time with Dr. Denise. Each week, she provides live coaching calls and during the membership you have access to the Ask a Coach page where you can ask questions anonymously, get help with lessons, and practice using the tools. 

You can submit a coaching request here. Getting coached by Dr. Denise will be one of the most transformative parts of your membership.

You will receive an email reminder 24 hours before every live call with details on how to submit your coaching request. 

Visit the live coaching call schedule to add your monthly dates to your Google calendar. This should adjust to your time zone. 

For additional help, visit www.timezoneconverter.com to convert the time to your local time.

Dr. Denise respects your privacy and will only use your first name during the calls. 

When logging in on Zoom, you can change how you want your name appear. 

Dates for the next month's calls are updated on the third Monday of every month.

We do our best to get the call recordings updated on the website within 24 hours of their completion. You will find them under Call Replays.

Answers are posted Monday through Friday during regular business hours. 

When you signed up for the program, we sent you an email with your login details. Search for the subject line: [NLP] Welcome to the Next Level Progress membership. You may need to check your spam, promotions, or trash folders. Feel free to email the team for help at [email protected].

Try re-submitting your login details. If you're receiving an error, try clearing your browser history and cache before trying again.

Click "Forgot Password" under the login credential box on the login here. Enter the email address you used when you enrolled.
