You've reached heights no one in your family has ever achieved.
You're the outlier. The one furthest away from the norm.
Statistically speaking, you're the variable everyone wants to study.
Is she an anomaly or an error?
Is she too much to handle?
Or too different to support?
You are unlike the rest.
And because of that, you've been made to feel lonely, unsupported, and like an imposter.
Sometimes your brain goes back and forth with pride and then shame and then pride again.
And because of that, you can't stand in your power, like the masterful leader that you are.
I'm here to confirm that this back and forth in your mind is normal BUT shouldn't be.
I'm here to confirm that it's not your fault.
Societal and cultural expectations of women leaders have penetrated every aspect of our lives.
From how she parents to how she spends her money...
From how she educates herself to choosing a career...
From how she identifies to who she chooses as her life partner...
From how she leads her subordinates to how she contributes to society…
Women are under pressure to perform under double standards.
Standards that are unreasonable and antiquated.
Standards that are unhealthy and downright dangerous.
Standards not intended for her to begin with.
This and so much more goes unnoticed because of the unconscious gender bias seeping into your mind.
Sometimes the bias is explicit and in your face.
Sometimes you can identify it by name, but most of the time, you cannot.
And because of that, you don’t know why you feel anxious, depressed, defeated, and like an outcast.
As a researcher and activist, I take great interest in disrupting the insidious systemic barriers in place keeping women from advancing.
But as a master certified coach, I take a greater interest in helping you master your mind to prepare you for whatever society, your organization, or the world has in store for you.
Because to truly dismantle unconscious gender bias, the work begins with you.
Because without learning how to master how you think, feel, and behave, your impact on your family will not be effective.
Because to create a joyful life that is truly fulfilling, you must do the work first.

"Dr. Simpson was instrumental in my growth as a community leader during a pivotal transition period in my life. I sought her life coaching services while going through a career change as I was coming back from maternity leave and embarking on a prestigious city-wide development opportunity.
Not only did I improve tremendously in my current government role, Dr. Simpson’s coaching and curriculum also lead me to achieve one of my most important goals of starting a nonprofit.
After working with Dr. Simpson last summer, I’m proud to say that I started an impactful 501(c) that will be launching this Fall, made strides in all areas at work that yielded great recognition, and found practical ways of balancing it all as a mommy of two.
Dr. Simpson’s unique approach helped equip me with the tools and efficacy I needed to reach my full leadership potential and identify a path that was manageable and aligned with my goals.
I am very grateful to have had the pleasure of working with her."
Here are a few questions your fellow leaders asked before joining the membership
I don't know if I'm a leader. How would I know?
Is this membership a long-term contract?
I've paid thousands of dollars for coaching. Is $39 a month really worth it?
What if I don't have time to complete everything?
What if I don't want to work in a Mastermind?
I'd rather work with Dr. Denise personally. Is that possible?

With a changing world, Dr. Simpson is needed now more than ever before. Dr. Simpson has helped me realize the personal relationships I have with others ARE meaningful and most of all, purposeful.
I would have never given my personal relationship with others a second thought without the guidance from Dr. Simpson. Dr. Simpson is deeply committed to her own calling which is to open our eyes to the deeper purpose and more importantly, become centered and grounded.
Everything and everyone has a purpose and she does a stellar job at making US realize there is more to life than what we see. We need to feel.
