Leadership consultant, executive coach, and founder of the Masters of Leadership Institute
For over 27 years, I've worked with leaders who refuse to burn out the way they watched others do.
Leaders who want impact AND integrity.
Leaders who know there's a different way but need someone who's actually lived it to show them how.
If you're seeking leadership that doesn't require self-sacrifice, you're in the right place.
Let me help you lead from wholeness, not from psychological chaos or uncontrollable external circumstances.
The burnout epidemic isn't a personal failure. It's a predictable outcome of leadership models that demand fragmentation—where you compartmentalize who you are from what you do, perform instead of lead, and sacrifice your soul for success.
I work with leaders who are done with that model.
My approach is different:
Instead of teaching you to push harder, I teach you to anchor first—to descend into stillness, return to yourself, and lead from wholeness instead of chaos.
Instead of adding more competencies, I help you develop inner authority—the grounded presence that prevents burnout before it happens.
Instead of treating leadership as performance, I help you remember it as a calling—knowing why you lead, who you serve, and who you are underneath the roles.
This is leadership development for people who refuse to replicate the trauma patterns they witnessed.
This is how you lead without losing yourself.

Dr. Simpson holds a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies, grounding this work in disciplined scholarship and lived wisdom. The practices offered here emerge from sustained study, contemplative formation, and decades of real-world leadership, not from trends, techniques, or opinions. This is work shaped by depth, integrity, and responsibility.
This methodology has been shaped by more than 27 years of working with leaders in real systems under real pressure. It has been refined in boardrooms and classrooms, through crisis and quiet discernment. What is offered here is not theoretical, it has been lived, tested, and carried within the reality of leadership.
Integrated Leadership is a distinctive leadership path for leaders who know their role carries more than responsibility; it requires depth, awareness, and intention. It is a holistic approach that develops mindset, skills, and strategy, anchored in a leader’s ability to lead themselves first to create impact in the world.

I spent 27 years in leadership in higher education—advancing, succeeding, fragmenting.
I was performing leadership instead of living it. Compartmentalizing my spiritual life from my professional life. Exhausting myself trying to be everything to everyone.
So I left.
I founded my own leadership institution because I knew there had to be a different way—one that didn't require self-sacrifice, soul-crushing performance, or the slow erasure of who I actually was.
What I discovered through decades of contemplative practice:
The only way to lead through chaos is to anchor first. To descend into stillness. To return to yourself. To ground in principles that hold you steady when everything else is spinning.
Now I teach other leaders to do the same—through executive coaching, leadership consulting, and Anchored, my monthly coaching community.
Because the world doesn't need more burned-out leaders replicating trauma.
The world needs leaders who've done the descent—who know how to anchor before they try to lead anyone else.
Work With Me
The Five Anchors
When everything is chaos, you need anchor points, which are principles that keep you moored when the seas are rough.
I teach leaders to ground themselves in five anchors before they try to lead anyone else:
Why You Lead - Purpose Anchor
Who You Serve - Responsibility Anchor
Where You're Going - Vision Anchor
Who You Are - Presence Anchor
How You Lead - Impact Anchor
These aren't competencies to master.
They're anchors you return to—over and over—using contemplative practices like centering meditations, daily examen, and imaginative prayer.
This is how you anchor before you lead.
This is how you prevent burnout before it happens.
This is how you refuse to sacrifice your soul for success.
